There is a cool feature on RoadBikeRides.com and that is the ability download a ride from RoadBikeRides.com and move it over to your Garmin. When on your Garmin all you have to do is save the ride as a course and your Garmin will tell you exactly were to go and you will NOT get lost. How awesome is that!

Step 1:



Select the ride you want and then click on Download Ride and downline the file as Download TCX. Save the file to your desktop.

Step 2:

Open up your Garmin Training Center software that came with your Garmin. Go to File then select Import Courses. Next select the file you downloaded from RoadBikeRides.com that should be on your desktop.

If you go to Courses the file that you downloaded will be within the Courses section on your Garmin Training Center software.



Step 3:

Go to the Garmin Training Center software and click on File then Send To Device. The Courses you have downloaded will then be imported to your Garmin.

Step 4:

Click the Mode button on your Garmin until you get to Training then click on the Enter button and scroll down to Courses select the course and go for a ride and follow the course on your Garmin.
