If you use a Garmin or another type of GPS unit and find a ride you would like to save to your Garmin this feature is for you.
First select a ride and within the Ride Tools click the Download Ride button pictured below.
Next some download file options will appear as seen below. Select the file format you want to download and download the file to your computer. Once you download the ride file to your computer you can move it over to your Garmin or GPS unit.

When I try to download nothing happens why is this. A few weeks ago I had no problem but now nothing will download

The file is saved with a .gpx.xml extension that is not recognizedby Garmin Mapsource !!!! What to do ?
