This is in Sausalito. Just another shot of the Fog rolling in over the hill. The picture doesn't show it, but it is moving rather quickly.

In the Presidio at Crissy Fields, nearly the entire length of Mason St has a dedicated bikes only path. In this picture the bike path going east and west is separated by the dashed line, the pedestrians are allowed in the shoulder of our little bike road. You can also use the shoulder of Mason St. as well, although you are subject to stop signs if you choose to ride there. No signs on the bike path :)

Once you get into the City of Sausalito you have for the most part escaped the fog. In this picture you can see the fog rolling over the hill, just beyond the hill burried in the fog is the Golden Gate Bridge.

This sign is awesome!! The west side of the Golden Gate Bridge is open to bicycles only on the weekends to help ease the congestion on the east Side. The east side on weekends becomes rather choked with tourist during the summer.

This is the Bay Path as it is passing through Mill Valley. The path is a multiuse trail running inbetween the shore of the delta and the roadway. The trail is well kept and easy to ride.

Angel Island is usually the first part of the bay islands to start showing through the morning fog.

The patch of grass you see in the middle is the parade grounds for the military units stationed there as far back as the mid 1800s. The buildings for the most part are largely intact and open to tours.
