I did 7 stand up sprints up the roller. Normally I get get up the hill at about 17 or 18 mph without getting out of the saddle. Today when I did this workout it was really windy and I was going into the wind. Whenever I'd stand up to sprint I was greeted with a gust of wind right in my face.
Start at Rachel Ridge Park, but you can start at Deer Creek Elementary School.
Go down Anderson Mill to Limecreek and turn onto Limecreek, I start shortly after the road into the Deer Creek subdivision. There is a road reflector where I hit the start, I get out of the saddle a bit up the road as I grade starts to increase. I end the lap at the top of the hill. I turn around and go back down the hill at the animal sanctuary.
No food or drinks on this ride, it's pure workout and there are no retail shops within a couple miles. Closes is the 7-11 at the corner of Cypress Creek and Lakeline Blvd.
None, but there are trees.
Spin City is the closes. Corner of Anderson Mill & 620 (behind Jiffy Lube)
