Ride Description

This is the 50 mile route for the 2008 Pedal thru the Pines event ride. Very scenic thru the National Park, this section of the route is very hilly with small steep hills. Many people were stopping and walking up or falling right over where they couldn't go any further and couldn't clip out of their pedals. Be careful, get out front early as it seemed that people in the shorter routes started with the 100K route and the 50 mile route.

Rest stop at the turn around point.

Food, Water, & Bathrooms along route

Bathrooms at the 25 mile mark. There might be some outhouses in the park. I wasn't paying enough attention to notice.
