Ride Description

A beautiful ride along a section of the Pacific Coast Bike Route over green rolling hills beside the pounding Pacific Ocean surf. Along the way you'll pass San Simeon with Herst Castle looking down from the hills, and Piedras Blancas with its lighthouse. Eventually you'll climb into the trees as you approach Ragged Point. While there, be sure to visit the cliff at the back for a grand view of the ocean below.

The route back frequently features a nice stiff tailwind which pick up in the afternoon.
