I am a Canadian (Torontonian) who visits Tucson most summers. A friend who is v serious about road racing is v interested in doing some rides in Tucson.
Question: How is the HEAT for cyclists in the summer? Specifically early August. I am guessing 6am-10am is good but noon-5pm is way too HOT! Comments?
